    • Regional excluding USA: AGCC excluding USA.
    • Local Home Country: KSA and coverage for elective treatment in home countries excluding USA. Local Home Country cover allows any eligible member to be covered for elective treatment in his/her home country.
    • Local: KSA.

    • All costs relating to medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment and
      medicines as shown in the policy schedule.
    • All costs relating to hospitalisation including surgeries, same-day
      surgeries or treatment as well as maternity and delivery.
    • Treatment of dental and gum diseases.
    • Preventive measures such as vaccinations including seasonal vaccinations
      and maternity and child care in accordance with instructions issued by the
      Ministry of Health provided for in the Annex (1) and Annex (2) attached to the policy.
    • Acute psychological disorders within the limits specified in the policy
      schedule.
    • Cases of contagious diseases requiring isolation in hospitals as specified by
      the Ministry of Health.
    • Cases of Alzheimer.
    • Cases of Autism.
    • Cases of acquired damage to the heart valves.
    • Cases of early screening for newborns to reduce disability.
    • Costs of the organ transplant surgery of the donor.
    • Cases of disability.
  • Costs of preparation and repatriation of the corpse of a beneficiary to the home
    country specified in the labour contract.
