Booking Service

Our services are extended to provide you with a complimentary car as mentioned under your policy cover, whilst your vehicle is undergoing repairs following an accident.

Use of any hire car must commence within 48 hours of the Insured Vehicle becoming disabled - following an accident covered under Your Policy.

The hire car can only be provided to the Insured and/or spouse. This benefit is provided subject to us accepting your claim.

 

Documents Required  

  • Copy of the Emirates ID
  • Copy of the Driving License
  • Copy of the Passport & Visa
  • Imprint of Credit Card

This service is not available on Fridays and Public Holidays.

Following any covered claim, AXA will arrange the pickup of the Insured Vehicle from the location of request to the workshop, and have it delivered back to You upon completion of the repairs.

AXA will assist you in renewing your car registration for free! If your car is more that 3 years old, we can pick up and deliver your vehicle to RTA for inspection to renew your car registration.

After submitting your request, our provider will contact you to confirm the date and the time of the service. Please make sure you provide them with your policy number to confirm the service.

 

The Insured vehicle will be taken for registration only once. If due to any reason the vehicle needs to be taken more than once, you will be charged an extra fee. It is your responsibility to make sure all the fines are paid in advance.
